    What to expect during a mental health assessment:

    • One-on-one session with a licensed therapist to explore your symptoms, behaviors, history, and environment

    • Lasts approximately one hour, depending on your situation

    • Covers treatment history, family and social supports, and other relevant factors

    • Used to develop personalized treatment recommendations and referrals for services that may benefit you

    • Can include family members or significant others, if you prefer their support during the assessment

    • Fully confidential, shared only with your written permission and only when necessary

  • A confidential, one-on-one conversation between you and a licensed therapist. Here's what you can expect:

    • Private and personalized support tailored to your needs and goals

    • Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your therapist’s approach and your preferences

    • A safe, non-judgmental space to explore emotions, challenges, and life experiences

    • Better understanding of yourself, your behaviors, and your relationships

    • Support for personal growth, emotional resilience, and healthy coping strategies

    • Tools to manage common issues like depression, anxiety, anger, or past trauma

  • Our groups, led by Qualified Mental Health Specialists, offer a supportive space for individuals to build everyday life skills and connect with others on similar journeys. Each group focuses on meaningful topics that promote personal growth and daily wellness. Groups are structured to encourage open conversation, peer support, and real-life skill development in a comfortable and respectful setting. Participants are free to engage at their own pace while gaining confidence and connection along the way.
