Used to develop personalized treatment recommendations and referrals for services that may benefit you
Can include family members or significant others, if you prefer their support during the assessment
Fully confidential, shared only with your written permission and only when necessary

Our groups, led by Qualified Mental Health Specialists, offer a supportive space for individuals to build everyday life skills and connect with others on similar journeys. Each group focuses on meaningful topics that promote personal growth and daily wellness. Groups are structured to encourage open conversation, peer support, and real-life skill development in a comfortable and respectful setting. Participants are free to engage at their own pace while gaining confidence and connection along the way.
